I always return to my favorite hotel for a great stay. They even helped me with currency exchange tips on my first visit. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, poolside bar, restaurant, laundry, and more. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

As two women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at Trilago Hotel. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we enjoyed the peaceful and calming atmosphere of the lake view room. The hotel was newly built and immaculately clean, which added to the overall positive experience. The adjacent restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced food, with friendly staff providing excellent service.

The staff is incredibly attentive and goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. One highlight is the option to have a room with a Jacuzzi on the balcony, which adds an extra touch of luxury. Additionally, the location is perfect for nature lovers, with plenty of walking options around the lake.

The hotel had a stunning location with scenic views of mountains and a lake. it was conveniently situated close to major tourist attractions and had incredibly clean rooms with modern amenities which were a definite plus.

The hotel could improve on sound isolation between the rooms and the hallways. the absence of mosquito nets on the balcony door was an inconvenience as the fresh mountain air was quite inviting.

We had a blast exploring the gorgeous lake and mountains nearby. We went hiking and cycling like total beasts. The adrenaline rush was insane! The hotel staff were chill and always ready with the best recommendations. We partied hard and made memories that will last a lifetime. Can't wait to go back with the squad!

The only thing we wished for was a banging nightlife scene. Don't get us wrong, we had a great time, but a happening club or bar nearby would have been the icing on the cake for us young party animals.
